Katie Bradley, GRI, ASP is a lifelong resident of Cleveland County. A real estate broker since January of 2008, she is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and was a RE/MAX “Executive Club” Award winner for 2009.

Katie’s professional affiliations include North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, Cleveland County Association of REALTORS®, Cleveland County Multiple Listing Service and Carolina's Multiple Listing Service.In May of 2007 Katie graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a minor in General Business. In December of 2007 she completed her broker pre-licensing course at Superior School of Real Estate. In October of 2008 she completed her broker post-licensing courses at J.Y. Monk Real Estate Training Center. Her designations include GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional).
