The Seabolt Mortgage Team is a full service mortgage team with access in-house processing, underwriting, closing and funding of your loan.

The Seabolt Mortgage Team is proud to offer mortgage and lending services in the Wilmington, Southern Pines, High Point, Charlotte, Lake Norman, Winston Salem, Boone and Blowing Rock areas of North Carolina. In addition to North Carolina, we can originate mortgage loans in Maryland, District of Columbia (DC) & Virginia.

Our goals are to get you the lowest interest rate and lowest closing costs possible in addition to providing you the best service possible in our industry. We won't put you into a loan that we don't feel is right for you just because we are trying to make a sale. We are gaining customers for life so that they will return to us when they need to purchase another home or even refinance the one we've already helped them into.

Plus we will be able to get you some of the lowest interest rates in America, but there is a catch. The only thing we at the Seabolt Mortgage Team ask in return is a referral to your friends and family from you. We will work our hardest to make your process as smoothly as possible but that's all we're asking in return.

Each loan that we complete at the Seabolt Mortgage Team is sold off to a lender to service this loan (most likely right when we close). A majority of the loans we handle are sold to either CHASE or Wells Fargo. These banks are able to offer us a better rate than they can offer you because this is a closed loan. All the hard work is already done for them wrapped up for them to easily purchase this loan. When they make a loan directly to you, they incur the cost of office rent, processing, origination fees, a closing department, underwriters, etc. We sell these banks quality loans without any of these expenses. We have an unlimited source of banks we can use and we will choose the best one that will allow you to complete this process with the lowest possible cost to you.
